What if I want to change some of the photos?
Yes, you can request changes to the photos. You can choose from the photos we already have available, or you can license photos from an agency of your choice. If you choose to license photos, we will provide you with the agency’s website to browse and select your preferred images. Once you have licensed the photos, simply send them to us, and we’ll update your design.
We have our own images. Will you work with those?
Absolutely. We ask that you provide high-resolution images to ensure we can deliver a high-quality printed banner. Low-resolution images may not hold up well. However, we are willing to inspect the images to determine if they are a good fit. If the images are not suitable, we will inform you and advise against using them, but ultimately, the decision is yours.
What if I want to personalize (make changes) the design?
Retractable banner sets, SEG fabric stand sets, and tension fabric banner sets include one (1) hour of free design work.
You can use this time to make any changes you’d like, such as adding your logo, changing colors, modifying photos, or altering text.
Design time beyond the included allowance is billed in quarter-hour increments at $17.50 per 15 minutes or $70 per hour. With proper planning, the free design time should be sufficient for most changes.
Do you have a fast production option?
Yes, we do! The 13oz banners (banners with grommets) are produced within 24 hours and ship the next day at no extra cost. For our retractable options, the EconoStand version can also be produced in 24 hours and ships the next day. For example, if you order on Monday, you should receive it by Wednesday. This version is $1360 for the complete set. Unfortunately, we do not offer fast production for the X-Stand. However, keep in mind that our regular production and delivery time for retractable banners and X-Stands is about 7 business days. With a little planning, this should be more than sufficient.
Can the banners be used outdoors?
The retractable banner options are designed for indoor use only. However, our 13oz banners (with or without X-Stands) are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing more flexibility for different settings.
Are the X-Stands/Tripod Banners suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, they can be used outdoors. However, please note that they do not have an anchor and may not be able to stand in windy conditions at all.
Do you have live support throughout the ordering process?
Yes, we offer one-on-one support throughout the entire process. You will have a project manager working with you from start to finish.
Do the retractable banners and X-Stands/Tripod Banners come with a warranty?
The retractable banners and X-Stand banners are covered by a warranty for manufacturer’s defects only. This means that any issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship are eligible for repair or replacement. However, general wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered under this warranty.
Is shipping free for all banner sets?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all banner sets to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Currently, we can only ship the EconoStand version of the retractable banners. The set costs $1,360 + shipping. We also offer regular banners with grommets and posters. These items have a 24-hour production time and ship the next day, with delivery within 4 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by customs.

Yes, we ship internationally. Currently, we can only ship regular banners with grommets. We use FedEx, and shipping costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by customs.
